*If ordered before 3PM Monday to Thursday. Orders made before 3PM Friday, will be delivered on Monday. Orders made after 3PM Friday-Sunday, will be delivered on Tuesday. Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day and will require signature upon delivery.

 

Delivery schedule:

 

We aim to dispatch all orders the same day if cleared payment is received by 3PM. If paid after 3PM, we ship next working day (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). Please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK. 5-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days Rest of World.

 

Packaging:

 

We want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to ensure that happens. We too, buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge.

 

Returns Policy:

 

We offer a refund (excluding postage) or replacement if you are unhappy with your goods in any way. Item(s) must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt in the condition they were sent. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please contact us if there is a problem. We can resolve most things, but only if we know about them, so please don't be shy. Contact Us via Email support@lotmart.co.uk or call our Support line +44 800 246 5632 (Mondays-Fridays 9:00am-4:00pm). To start a return, you MUST book a return first. To book a return please log into your account, find the order you wish to return and click on Return Item link. Please specify Qty To Return, Return Reason, and Return Action.  After submitting the request, please wait for the email confirmation email.

Return the item(s) along with the Invoice in their original condition – unused with tags (or box) and free from the smells of perfume, alcohol, detergent, or smoke. Items lost during postage:

 

Items lost or damaged in the post that have been packed correctly are usually insured, we will fill out any necessary claims forms at the post office on your behalf and liaise with the correct Postal service to achieve a satisfactory outcome on your behalf. In the event that this becomes necessary please be aware a refund will be made as soon as we have clearance from the Royal Mail, this can take several weeks but we will keep you informed of all developments as appropriate.

 

Exchanges: 

 

Due to our returns process we are unable to accept exchanges. To receive a replacement quickly we advise you to purchase the item you need from our shop and return the original item back for a refund.

 

Received incorrect or damaged item:

 

We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway. As soon as you discover a fault, please email us atsupport@lotmart.co.uk (24/7) or call our Support line +44 800 246 5632. (Mondays-Fridays 9:00am-4:00pm) with the invoice number, incorrect or faulty item's name and a description of the fault.

 

Cancellation Rights:

 

In addition to our returns policy, you can cancel your contract with us at any time within 14 working days beginning on the day after you receive the product(s) which are subject to the contract (“cooling-off period”).

 

To cancel your contract, you must notify us in writing within the 14 day Cooling-Off Period to: Lotmart UK Ltd. Unit 95 Thames Industrial Park, Princess Margaret Road, RM18 8RH, United Kingdom.

 

Notification of return of your products via the online procedure will not constitute notification of cancellation of your order for the purposes of your statutory rights to cancel the contract. Please note that in order to cancel your contract, you will need to return all the items in the order. You will need to pay the cost of returning the order. The items must be in their original condition and will be inspected once we have received them. If you cancel your contract with us, we will refund the amount due to you, including delivery charges, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation.
